メールアドレスが作れない

何度か試しているのですが、メールアドレスが作れません。
どうすれば良いのでしょうか？

この表示が出て、どうにも出来ません。

エラーメッセージで検索する限り、Mailfence (https://mailfence.com/) での登録エラーであり、Firefox、Thunderbird など Mozilla ソフトウェアに直接関係あるものではなさそうです。
