Google Public DNS ipv6を設定するとhotmailがエラーを起こします

Google Public DNS ipv6を設定するとhotmailのみuser is authenticated but not connected.というエラーを起こします。
Windows7 64bit
Thunderbird 52.3.0(32bit)
自分の環境だけでしょうか？
