環境
Thunderbird3.0 Vista 64bit SP2　IE8

こちらと同じ症状です。
thunderbird won't import links from an .xml file

以下のバグなんかが関係するものでしょうか。

.opml 形式ファイルには対応しているけれども .xml のインポート・エクスポートは
